You may place your orders via fax or e-mail, or over the phone with one of our account services representatives.

Minimum Order
Jackets— 6 pieces per style
Shirts— 12 pieces per style
Caps— 24 pieces per style.

Published Prices
Includes garment plus an embroidered design that consists of up to 3 colors and 5,000 stitches (common size for left chest size designs).

Quantity Discounts
Based on the quantities of comparable items ordered.

2XL or Larger
Any garment size over x-large will have a surcharge, this generally ranges from $1.50 to $5.00 per garment.

Personalization
When done while order is in-house, the charge is $8.00 for the first line and $5.00 for each additional line. If the garment is sent back for a name after the order has been shipped, the charge is $12.00 for the first line and $8.00 for each additional line.

:: Design Preparation

New Design
Setup charge for a small design is $100 up to 5,000 stitches. Extra stitches are rounded up to the nearest thousand. For a specific quote, it is best to fax your design to us. Designs are typically setup within 3–5 business days from the day we receive the artwork. Design rushes will be accepted if the schedule allows. A minimum $50.00 charge will apply.

Artwork
If you send your art via email, please send it as an Illustrator 9 .AI or older, Freehand 8 or older, or a vector .eps file.

You may also supply black & white camera-ready artwork.

If you must send tiff, pict, or pixel based eps files, we will probably have to convert them to vector art and charge accordingly. Tiff, pict, or pixel based eps files must be at least 300 dpi. Bitmap art must be 1200 dpi. Art must be larger than final design size. NO jpegs or gifs!

Preproduction Proofs
The first sewn out swatch proof is provided to you at no charge. The proof will be sewn on a fabric swatch of comparable sewing characteristics. The fabric type and color will most likely be different from that of your chosen item. The charge for additional proofs depends on the design. Contact your account services representative for further information.

Edits
This constitutes making a very minor change to an existing design. If new art is added other than keyboard lettering, a new design setup charge will apply. Small designs: minimum $50.00. Large designs: minimum $100.00.

Customer Supplied Disks
Will be reviewed for quality and compatibility, a $50.00 minimum charge applies.

:: Terms of Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard, business checks and money orders. We will also ship COD. Upon credit approval, we offer net 30 terms. A 50% deposit is required on all first orders and on orders exceeding your credit limit. Some Ad Specialty orders will require a deposit regardless of terms.

:: Production and Shipping

Delivery Time
Once you have provided us with a written approval of your design, standard production time is approximately 7-10 business days. Production rushes will be accepted if the schedule allows, a $50.00 minimum charge will apply.

Shipping
Shipping charges for an order are billed on the invoice. We typically ship orders UPS Ground, however, we can also ship by any other UPS, Fed Ex, US Postal, or Airborne Express service at the customer's request. Split shipments can also be arranged for a small service charge. Ad Specialty orders are usually shipped FOB factory of origin.

International Shipments
A $40.00 documentation fee will apply. Please phone your account services representative for more information.

:: Miscellaneous

Shortages
Due to occasional factory shortages, all orders are considered complete at 95%.

Cancellation & Changes
Any order that is canceled once begun will be invoiced for all work in progress and/or completed, any costs incurred and a 10-15% restocking fee for returning any merchandise ordered. Changes to an order once in progress are subject to additional charges.

Returns
Return authorizations must be requested no later than 15 days from the ship date. Call your account representative for this information. Orders returned without proper authorization will be returned to sender.

Price Changes
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Production Variations
CEP shall not be held responsible if a manufacturer decides to change the detailing of a product.

Design Ownership
CEP retains ownership of the digitized art medium used in the embroidery process.CEP retains copyright to any art and/or design CEP produces.
